Designed to help you move into a state of rest by using your breath to calm your nervous system.

EFT/ Tapping

Release negative thoughts and feel confident within yourself with a powerful EFT/ Tapping meditation.

Yoga & Meditation

30-minutes of yoga to ground and calm you followed by a 20-minute guided meditation designed to help you feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
