Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! This class was designed for people who need to slow down, not people who already know how. All levels are welcome.

You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water.

It's also recommended that you bring either a blanket or something warm to cover you during the guided meditation part of the class.

If you struggle to get comfortable and remain still whilst lying in savasana (resting pose), you may also want to bring a pillow/ cushion.

Classes take place on Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Classes are held in the Pavilion Building

(2nd Floor) at The High School of Glasgow in Anniesland.

All bookings are final once payment has been made. Because spaces are limited and preparation goes into each class, I’m unable to offer refunds or transfers to other dates. I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, so please double-check your availability before booking. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy.
