I understand exactly how it feels to hold yourself back from having everything you desire because you worry about other people… what they need, how they feel, and what they think of you!

I knew I wasn't living the life I wanted to be living as a secondary school teacher. Every day I spent in the classroom, I found myself counting down the days until the next holiday, effectively wishing my life away.

The summer before my eldest daughter was due to start school, I decided that it was time to make a change and go all in on my dream of teaching yoga full time. Because, not only would I feel more fulfilled, I'd also have the flexibility to be there to collect her from school and go to her school events... none of which would've been possible whilst I was a school teacher myself.

It was yoga and mindset work that gave me the courage to take that step and I am so glad I did. Now, I wake up each day excited for what lies ahead!

The reason my Recharge Membership is so effective is because it enables Mums to practice consistently.

Going to a yoga class once a week is great to relax in the moment, but it's not enough to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Creating an, almost, daily practice helps you to tap into your intuition and gives you the confidence and trust in yourself to act upon it.
