Hi, I'm Nicola

I understand exactly how it feels to lose yourself in the trenches of Motherhood.

When I went back to my career as a Secondary School Teacher, after having my second daughter, I found myself literally running from work to make it in time to pick my kids up from childcare.

Between work and kids, I had little time and very little bandwidth left over for much else. My life felt like one big responsibility.

I wanted to excel in both my 'jobs' but felt like, not only was I was failing, I was losing myself in the process.

One day it hit me, soldiering on and permanently living on the edge of burnout wasn't just robbing me of joy, it'd eventually rob me of my relationship with my daughters.

The thought of losing the close bond we shared terrified me and forced me to get real...I was struggling because I wasn't looking after myself and I wasn't doing ANYTHING for myself.


So, I took what I'd learned in over 300 hours of yoga teacher training and started practicing yoga again at home... little and often.

I also started going down ALL the personal growth rabbit holes and learning more about MYSELF and what I wanted.

Eventually, I started to feel at home in myself again. I knew what I wanted... and everyday I felt my confidence grow.

Now it’s my mission to help other woman, who feel like Motherhood has swallowed them whole, to let all the noise fall away of who they think they're supposed to be, so they can discover more about who they are.
